The Semi-Personal Traning Course offers the freedom of not being tied to a fixed schedule like group lessons, while being easier to start than private lessons.
You can train anytime between 9:00–22:00 at your own pace, making it an easy-to-continue style even for those with busy lifestyles.

Difference from Regular Gyms

Our training focuses on Muay Thai, which is more effective than running or machine-based workouts for cardio.
By repeating kicks, punches, and knee strikes, you can lose track of time while improving your fitness and maintaining your health.

Gender & Age

Our members range widely in age, with many joining for stress relief, fitness, or health maintenance.
The ratio is roughly 3:7, with more women participating.
Whether your goal is weight loss, overcoming lack of exercise, or building stamina, we provide support tailored to each individual.
Programs are adjusted to your fitness level and goals, and combined with trainer-led pad work, you can reach them more effectively.

Difference from Group & Private Lessons

You can train freely anytime between 9:00–22:00, perfect for those who can’t commit to a fixed schedule.
Short sessions, such as 30 minutes a day, are also possible.
You can do stretching, jump rope, shadow boxing, heavy bag work, and strength training with dumbbells at your own pace.
At your preferred timing, a trainer will hold pads for you twice (about 3 minutes per round) and provide direct instruction.
